Thank you for a pleasant stay. The place is fancy and quirky and has magnificent location very close to the bus stop. It offers modern rooms with nice view and the bedroom, as for instance, and every member of the staff was very friendly.

It was in an ideal location with very amiable and consistently courteous staff. The fact that Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

The staff provided excellent service and helped us with parking. the room was huge and spotless, the bed was good. - Bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus. - the hotel had a central position just off main attractions.

Always stay at the same place, no regrets. Staff gave me water at night at first stay. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, off-site car park, luggage storage, electric kettle. Coming back for holiday!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Assisi. the central location was perfect for exploring the town, with everything right at my doorstep. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms on the third floor had a wonderful view, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.

All in all, there was nothing I could fault with this hotel.

I was actually surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. Being close to the bus station made it so much easier for me to navigate Assisi without lugging my heavy luggage up countless steps. The owner of the hotel was kind and went out of their way to assist me.

Great location, 5 min walk from bus station. Owner was friendly and carried heavy bag up stairs. Clean, well-equipped room. Received flowers and a bottle of fizz for birthday. Fan provided, good shower and comfortable bed.

We had an unforgettable romantic escape in the heart of an enchanting old town. The B&B's location is unbeatable; we could walk to all the historical attractions and enjoy memorable views of the hilly landscape. Its rooms were clean, very comfortable, and offered free WiFi to share our travel photos with family and friends. Plus, we had the chance to meet a warm-hearted owner who made us feel at home and helped us find amazing local restaurants.

The only drawback was the street noise that disturbed our sleep. However, it was a minor inconvenience compared to all the joys the B&B and its surroundings offered.

Visitors can enjoy the stunning views of the Assisi valley and San Rufino Cathedral from the rooms on the top floor. the rooms are immaculate, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is spotless. the owner is accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. Breakfast is delicious, a perfect start to the day before exploring the city. the stay is definitely worth the affordable price tag!

The hotel is not accessible for individuals with limited mobility as there is no lift available.

We had a really wonderful time during our Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff was incredibly warm and friendly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. the location was absolutely perfect; we were within walking distance of all the key dining and historic locations and had easy access to transportation.

That there was a bit of noise from the outside, but it didn't really affect our experience too much. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay during their Christmas vacation!
